Bård Huseby
Bård built up Fjærland Fjordstove Hotel, now a member of De Historiske Hoteller, and has developed, established, and operated several other properties, including Tørvis Hotel, Hotel Mundal, and Munthehuset.
He works for Vestlandsforsking and serves on the Western Norway regional board of NHO Reiseliv, the board of Visit Sognefjord, and the election committee for Smak av Kysten. He also played a key role in introducing the restaurant chain TGI Fridays to Scandinavia.
With extensive personal experience in the Norwegian outdoors, Bård is also an avid hiker, cyclist, and ski tourer in the Norwegian mountains. Known as an engaging storyteller, he enjoys sharing local history, culture, and mountain traditions, offering guests and visitors memorable experiences that often become true bucket-list moments.
He holds an MBA from California and a BA from Kentucky. He has also studied destination development at the Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (Høgskulen i Sogn og Fjordane), a program developed in collaboration with Innovation Norway focused on building and developing travel destinations.

Andreas Skogrand
Andreas is a Norwegian travel entrepreneur and the founder and owner of Private Guided Norway, a company specialising in bespoke and privately guided travel experiences across Norway. He works hands-on with customer experience, product development, and business development, creating tailor-made journeys that showcase Norway's fjords, mountains, and cultural landscapes.
His career in tourism began in the 1990s with Walt Disney World in Orlando working as a cultural representative in the parks, and completed training at Disney University. He later worked as a tour guide in the Canary Islands, Mallorca, and the Greek islands, and as a ski guide in Chamonix, France.
In addition to Private Guided Norway, Skogrand works as a consultant on hospitality and tourism projects, including business development for Lodgen Hotel and Restaurant / AfterSki in the Hafjell–Lillehammer region and Riddergaarden Hotel & Mountain Lodge in Beitostølen, contributing to concept development, guest experience, and strategic growth within Norway's mountain destinations.
Known for his engaging personality, Skogrand is also a natural storyteller who brings places and experiences to life. With humor, warmth, and deep local knowledge, he shares stories about Norway's culture, landscapes, and people in a fun, engaging, and often mesmerizing way—turning every journey into a memorable experience for his guests.
